Description
CUBE AMS ZERO99 C:68X RACE 29 SILVER/BLACK XL
That podium result just moved a little closer. With its C:68X carbon frame and carefully curated components, the AMS ZERO99 C:68X Race 29 sets a new standard for cross-country speed. There's a Fox 32 Float fork and Fox DPS Performance Elite shock, both with remote lockout. We selected Shimano's ultra-reliable XT 1x12 gears because, well, they're ultra reliable. And added matching Shimano XT hydraulic disc brakes for good measure. Topped off with a Newmen carbon cockpit and Natural Fit carbon saddle, it's all you need to find that winning streak.
Frame description
Fast is light, fast is comfortable, and fast is efficient. The AMS ZERO99 C:68X Race 29's frame is crafted from our premium carbon and weighs in at a stunning 1600g, approximately. But it's not just about low weight. Short chainstays with plenty of clearance for 2.25in tyres tuck the rear wheel in under the rider for efficient power transfer. Slender tubes help keep the ride comfortable, rather than harsh. There's an Angle Set to allow fine-tuning of the head angle. And with 100mm of travel front and rear and a geometry that's tuned for agility and pace, you've got everything you need to get to the head of the pack.
Find your size!
Enter your height and inseam below and click on 'Calculate my frame size' to see which size you need. You measure your inseam as follows:
1. Stand barefoot with your heels against the wall. Place your feet about 6 inches apart.
2. Grab a book and place it between your legs, with the short side of the book against the wall. Press the book up against your crotch, mimicking the idea of a bicycle saddle.
3. Measure the length from the top of the book to the floor, the distance you measure is your inseam.
