Shipment & Delivery
I’ve placed an order – what happens next?
After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with an overview of the items you've purchased. We’ll then begin gathering and preparing your items for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking code, so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
I’ve ordered a bike - what happens next?
Once we’ve received your online bike order, we’ll begin assembling it right away. When your bike is fully assembled, we’ll ship it from our warehouse in Rotterdam, Netherlands, to a central bike service point in the UK (BSUK). Once it arrives, they will contact you to arrange the final delivery details.
When will my order be shipped?
Have you placed your order on a business day before 17:00? Then your order will be shipped the same day! If you order after 5 p.m. or on weekends and holidays, your order will be shipped the next business day. Have you ordered a bicycle? Then it currently takes about 7-10 business days before it will be delivered to your home.
Can I also pick up my order in the store?
Orders placed through the webshop cannot be picked up in the store. Would you like to pick up and pay for item(s) in the store? Check if the item is available in the store and contact us or come by!

Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. However, creating an account does offer advantages such as viewing your order history, easily managing your details and faster ordering as your details are already known to us. Would you like to create an account?
