HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION

We would like to inform you of our office and warehouse closure during the holiday season, as well as the last and first shipping dates for 2024 and 2025.

Warehouse Closure Dates:

• Our office will close early on December 13th at 16:00 (CET), with shipping concluding at 14:00.
• From December 25th to January 1st, our office and warehouse will be closed for the holiday season.

Last Shipping Dates for 2024:

• United Kingdom: Wednesday, 18th December

All bicycles are shipped from our warehouse in Rotterdam, Netherlands, to the UK. To ensure your order is included in the final shipment, please place it by 13th December. Please note, no shipments will be processed during the office closure period.

First Shipping Dates for 2025:

• United Kingdom: Friday, 3rd January

We recommend placing your orders in advance to ensure timely delivery before the holiday closure.
