The new Bosch Performance Line CX motor gives CUBE e-bikes the perfect mix of power, dynamics, efficiency, and range. With 85 Nm of torque, 600 watts of power, and up to 340% assistance, the motor ensures smooth starts on steep trails and controlled exits from corners, providing a seamless riding experience. Riders can customise different modes via the eBike Flow app for personalised performance.
The motor’s dynamic response is thanks to advanced sensor technology that measures pedal input more than 1,000 times per second. These sensors detect acceleration, gradient, and terrain, allowing the motor to adjust its output accordingly. This ensures you always receive the right level of support, whether it’s a quick burst of power or a steady, constant assist over longer rides.
Quiet and lightweight
The new Bosch Performance Line CX motor is the powerhouse of the new CUBE e-bikes. Bosch has optimised the motor to reduce noise without sacrificing power or efficiency. By decoupling the external drive system from the internal motor during descents, mechanical noise is minimised, allowing riders to focus on the trail and enjoy a natural, immersive riding experience.
Weighing 100 grams less than its predecessor, the motor remains robust, featuring a magnesium casing that withstands tough conditions. A black powder coating protects the motor from damage, ensuring long-lasting durability in challenging environments.
