For marathon riding, nothing beats a lightweight hardtail. That's why CUBE is introducing a brand-new line of top lightweight crosscountry hardtails that are sleek, slim, and incredibly light. There is no crosscountry hardtail that can compare to our new Phenix C:68X. With an adjustable head tube angle for maximum versatility and a handlebar with integrated stem for maximum efficiency.

Thanks to the adjustable head tube angle, this bike offers maximum versatility, while the handlebar with integrated stem ensures unparalleled efficiency. If you're looking for ultimate speed, this race hardtail is exactly what you need.

Our extensive experience in crafting fast crosscountry frames has been taken to the next level with the Phenix C:68X. This frame, made from our high-quality C:68X carbon, weighs less than 900 grams and offers exceptional strength and comfort. Additionally, we've integrated the seat post clamp into the seat tube for a streamlined look

The bike is equipped with the latest technology in derailleurs: the UDH. This system allows the bike to be outfitted with the newest SRAM XX and SRAM XO derailleurs. This not only makes the bike beautiful but also incredibly robust, minimizing the chance of a broken derailleur hanger.

ADJUSTABLE GEOMETRY WITH A VARIABLE HEAD TUBE ANGLE

CUBE is known for avoiding extremes, especially when it comes to bike geometry. This approach perfectly aligns with the goal of appealing to the widest possible audience. CUBE has maintained this balanced approach in the geometry of the 2025 Phenix. This new crosscountry hardtail is available in four frame sizes, with a reach and stack that are modern and up-to-date. The seat tube angle is set at a comfortable 74 degrees, while the fork has a standard angle of 68.6 degrees.

What truly sets this bike apart is the Acros head set that comes standard and is adjustable. Although the exact range of adjustment isn't fully clear yet, it is expected to be between 0.4 and 0.6 degrees. The range of adjustment may also vary depending on the frame size. This adjustable geometry allows you to perfectly tune the bike to your personal preferences, whether you opt for a race-oriented posture or a more relaxed riding position.

Explore the CUBE Phenix C:68X Series

The new Phenix C:68X is available in two versions: the SLX and the SLT. The Phenix C:68X SLX comes standard in the well-known CUBE team colors. The Phenix C:68X SLT is available in both the team colors and the striking 'liquid lava/black' color.

For those looking to get from point A to point B as quickly as possible in the terrain, reliable components are essential. That's why the Phenix C:68X SLX features SRAM's electronic X0 Eagle Transmission drivetrain. This not only shifts flawlessly but also offers a range of 520 percent. A RockShox SID SL Ultimate fork, lightweight Newmen Advanced SL X.A.30 wheels, and fast Schwalbe tires with super-light Aerothan tubes guarantee speed, control, and comfort. An integrated carbon handlebar-stem combo keeps the weight low. The Magura MT8 Pro brakes are also exceptionally lightweight yet excel in effective braking.

CUBE Phenix C:68X SLT

Our product managers had complete freedom in choosing the components for the Phenix C:68X SLT, which is why it is equipped with only the best. This includes the extremely precise XX SL Eagle Transmission group from SRAM. The Newmen Phase 30 wheels are another next-level feature: with carbon spokes, they weigh only 1,150 grams per set, while accommodating a maximum system weight of 130 kilos. This ensures ultra-fast acceleration without compromising reliability. The new Fox 32 SC Float Factory SL fork with an inverted bridge is another highlight; it doesn't get any lighter than this. The same goes for the Magura MT8 SL disc brakes. Despite their lightweight carbon construction, these brakes offer ample stopping power, thanks to the 180 mm front rotor.
